• Since he was a boy, he has modeled mud and, in parallel, he carves in wood creating works of art for presents, activity that leads to describe him as Argentine autodidactic sculptor.
• Works he made: works, art presents, sculptures, statues, regional.

• Works of Art and Relevant works:
• 1970 – He works and makes a wide variety of carvings in wood and statues of regional art. He is widely recognized in the area and he specializes in gaucho thematic with its customs, scenes, dogmas, indians, coaches, local stores, etc. This thematic selection of his works is the result of his experience of childhood and the investigation. Thus, Miguel Villalba makes a great number of sculptures in wood for presents and many other statues and sculptures of high level to be sold in these shops of presents. He also makes exhibition in different places; so his pieces are recognized worldwide.
• 1981 – He makes incursions in new materials, resine, glass fiber, porlan, silicone, expanded polyurethane, etc. He also starts to work in the production of decoration and scenographic settings.
• 1987- He makes the “Monument for the peace and comradeship of the towns” in the Province of Corrientes. Work of Art situated in Paso de los Libres. It is made of concrete and it has 15m high.
• 1994 – He makes thematic and sculpthoric works in resine for the "Museo Marítimo de Ushuaia".
• 1995 – He makes works of art in murals with relieves for the sale, decoration an exhibition.
• 1996 – He makes the sculpture of Father Pio in life-size for several churches of Buenos Aires and the Provinces.
• 2000 – He makes thematic and sculpthoric works of art in resine for the thematic park “Tierra Santa". Miguel Ángel made all the works of art, among them, statues and regional sculptures.
• 2003 – He makes a wide variety of works of art and statues to be sold, and presents in resine.
• 2006 – He makes the monument to Club Atlético Boca Juniors, called "Monument to the Fan”. Nowadays, the work of art is exhibited in the main salon of the club, because of the 101 birthday of the institution.

• 1997 Degree of cabinetmaker in the technical school Raggio.
• 1999 Degree of Industry Technician and design of furniture in the technical school Raggio.

During this period, Miguel begins to relate with the material he will use to make his works: wood. He specializes in furniture design and experiences with carving, which enables to create important works of art. Then, the years, the experience and his father’s teaching helped him to become innovative in the area, making not only sculptures in wood but also in resine and other materials.

• Now, he is making the Degree and Faculty in the I.U.N.A Instituto Universitario Nacional del Arte, department Prilidiano Pueyerredón – Visual Arts – oriented to sculpture.

• 2000 – He makes works of furniture setting and scenery in the Themati Prak "Tierra Santa". Here, he learns the secrets of this material and models the corresponding figures, gaining experience and showing all his regional artistic aspects.
• 2002 – He makes the model "Old Quarter of the City of Buenos Aires.” Exhibition of the work of art: Congress – Room: Pasos Perdidos.
• 2003 – Together with his father, Miguel Ángel Villalba, he makes different works for the sale: sculptures in wood and resine; works by order: sceneries, installations, decorations.
• 2004 – He makes sculptures for the Museo Marítimo of Ushuaia: indians, Yamanas. The pieces were modeled in mud and then finished in resine.
• 2005 – He makes a model of Magellan’s ship "Nao Victoria". The works was in exhibition in the Casa Rosada and in the Casa de Santa Cruz respectively.
• 2005 – He takes part in the design, planning and reconstruction of the ship "Nao Victoria", in Santa Cruz together with the Studio Pugliese.
• 2006 – He makes regional sculptures and statues of Argentine gauchos for the sale to shops of works of art and shops of presents.
